Return Policy
TacStore offers the option to cancel orders prior to despatch or return goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange for stocked items only. The returned goods must be 'as new', unused and intact with all labels and tags attached. They also need to be free of marks, odours or pet hair and preferably in their undamaged, original packaging. Subject to receipt and acceptable inspection of the returned product, we will exchange, or refund the full item value, of any eligible returned product, usually via the same method as the original payment. Refunds and exchanges exclude freight or other additional charges such as credit card or PayPal charges that may be related to the purchase.
Excluded from return, exchange or cancelation are items ordered on demand (products not marked as 'Ready for dispatch'), products purchased at a reduced price (sale items), products made to order or products which are unsuitable for return due to their nature (e.g. earplugs and camo paint due to hygiene).
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch by e-mail with details of your purchase and issue. We aim to process and confirm if an item or order meets the returns criteria within two business days. We will also confirm any exclusions and/or conditions and how best to proceed should you still choose to do so. To avoid disappointment, please do not return your goods without prior authorisation from TacStore. When returning, the product packaging must not be directly used as a freight satchel or carton and must be packed appropriately.
