Will I receive a tax invoice?
A tax invoice will be issued once you've placed your order. A soft copy will be emailed to you and a hard copy will be sent with the goods. Alternatively, if pricing is sensitive at the receivers end, a Packing List can be sent with the goods on request instead of a Tax Invoice. International orders will be despatched with a Commercial Invoice and a Packing List that lists HS Codes.
Can I open a credit account?
The purchase of goods on account is only offered to authorities and business customers / resellers. Please contact us if a credit account is required.
Can I pay in instalments?
While we do not offer an instalment option, PayPal offers a 'Pay In 4' option for eligible customers. Instalment amounts can be seen on idividual product pages underneath the product's full listed price. If 'Pay In 4' has been activated by PayPal on your PayPal account, it will be visible when you are re-directed to PayPal for payment during the checkout process. Note: Not all items we sell (e.g. knives) are eligible for payment via PayPal. Although an instalment amount may be visible on the product's page, PayPal as a payment option will be unavailable at checkout.
