Founded in 1984, Nightstick is a brand of Bayco Products, Inc. located in Wylie, Texas.

The product line includes tactical flashlights, headlamps, floodlights, and intrinsically safe (ATEX-rated) lighting solutions, designed for law enforcement, fire rescue, industrial, and outdoor use.
